Once we receive your request you will be sent a notification and a tracking number. In case we need further clarifications from you our managers will contact you.

Normally we reply to your requests in 12-24 hours. Our support personnel is available to process requests from 8 AM GMT to 5 PM GMT from Monday to Friday. On Saturday and Sunday requests will be processed slower.
