Email notifications and email marketing

At DomainContext, automatic notifications are sent on behalf of you, the reseller. However, you can setup notifications so that a customer would receive a message at any of 35 events or actions completed. For example, we inform your customers when they add funds, register a domain name, or modify name server.

Customers can limit which of the events or actions can generate an email message. Critical events like password change or domain expiration are always informed to customers.

Besides, resellers can send mass mail to their customers, being able to filter addressees according to ownership type (organization or individual), domain names quantity in management. This is very convenient way to keep your customers informed on promos or any other important news.
