Flexible billing

Billing system has a complete list of features to manage customer and reseller funds. This includes payments, promised payments or credit notes, bonuses, sales, and refunds. 

  • you can add funds to customer account with credit notes. If payment is not made on time the system will inform the customer and automatically deduct required amount when funds are added.
  • bonuses are used either to encourage the customer or correct accounting errors

Billing maintains multi-currency. The system uses two concepts: sale currency and accounting currency.  Sale currency is the currency in which reseller sets own pricing for customers. Accounting currency is an official currency of reseller's country of residence. Your customers can pay in any currency, and the system will recalculate the amount to be paid.
